With years of experience, our maintenance personnel are uniquely qualified to evaluate and determine the requirements to upgrade a property to its optimum cash value. Because of the volume of construction repair work performed by our company outside of our property management accounts, we incorporated our maintenance operation under the name of JJM Services, Inc.
Upon request, our management team will conduct an extensive interior and exterior inspection of the subject property. When completed, preliminary plans and an estimated budget are formulated for client's approval.
Once the decision has been made to proceed with the upgrading of the property, JJM Services, Inc. will provide its own crews, supervised by Jerry Morgan (CA B-1 Contractors License No. 732772).
Close supervision and periodic inspections are the key to making sure that the project's overall cost does not inflate as the work proceeds.
